This place has the look, feel and customer service of a wholesale used car lot. The repairmen do the absolute bare minimum, so you don't get what you pay for. I feel a little bad for the service representatives because they have to spend the entire day making excuses for poor service. I only feel a little bad for them because they should verify the work before vehicles are delivered back to the customers. The dealership in general looks horrible for a "luxury" brand.
